Everything You Need to Know Before Your Scan.

What types of scans do you offer?

We provide early pregnancy scans, gender reveal scans, 4D bonding scans, growth and wellbeing scans, NIPT, SneakPeek, and blood tests. Each visit includes a detailed report and keepsake images.

Are your scans safe?

Yes. Scans are carried out by experienced sonographers using diagnostic ultrasound. We only scan clients aged 16 and over. If you are 16 or 17, you must be at least 9 weeks pregnant, bring photo ID, and attend with a parent or legal guardian.

Can I bring family with me?

Yes. Children of all ages are welcome as guests. The clinic is set up so your family can share the appointment with you.

Is payment required in advance?

A deposit is taken when you book so your time is held. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your scan.

Do you offer scan packages?

Yes. Bundle packages cover more than one scan through your pregnancy and cost less than booking each visit on its own. See all packages for the current list.

How can I book an appointment?

Book online on our appointment page, or call us on 01472 902509. Same-day appointments are often available.

How far in advance should I book?

Book one to two weeks ahead if you want a weekend or evening slot. We are open Monday to Friday, 10am–9pm, Saturday 9am–4pm, and Sunday 10am–4pm.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
